Traffic Stop Leads to Methamphetamine Arrest

Henderson County Chief Deputy Matthew Link releases the arrest of Joseph S. Miller, age: 49 of Keithsburg, IL.  On Friday, January, 7th, 2022 at 11:16PM. Henderson County Sheriff Deputy arrested Miller after a traffic stop on County Highway 3 in the Township of Oquawka, IL. Miller was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and for Possession of Methamphetamine. Miller was taken into custody, transported to the Henderson County Jail, where he was processed and then placed into jail. Possession of Methamphetamine is no bond felony charge.  Miller was seen in front of a judge for a bond hearing. Next court date for Miller is 01/12/2022 at 9:00AM.

Miller also was arrested on a $2500.00 10% Mercer County Warrant.

ALL SUBJECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
