Connie M. Greenstreet, age 75, of Oquawka, Illinois; passed away at 4:52
pm on Tuesday February 8, 2022 at University Hospital in Iowa City,
Iowa. Connie was born on March 12, 1946 in Burlington, Iowa and is the
daughter of Orville C. and Marjorie E. Simpson Eddingfield. She was
raised in Oquawka where she attended local schools and graduated from
Union High School. She then attained her Associate Degree as a lab
technician from her college in Minnesota. Connie first married to David
Olson and she later married W. Charles “Chuck” Greenstreet on December
30, 1994 in Oquawka, Illinois and he preceded her in death on September
30, 2020. Connie was licensed as a lab technician and was first employed
at North Hill Medical Clinic in Burlington, Iowa. She also tended bar at
the ” Long Branch ” and other local establishments. She then purchased
and operated Parrish Sanitary Services in Oquawka for several years. 
Lastly she served as bookkeeper for her son Paul at Frame-Kon
Construction Company in Oquawka, Illinois. She loved the river, and
loved to go boating with her husband Chuck and their friends. She and he
also loved to vacation down in the Gulf Shores area where it was warm.
Connie loved horses and her animals especially her dogs, Angel and
Sable.  Her greatest love was spending time with her family and
grandchildren.
Surviving her are her sons, Paul Olson and Rhonda of Oquawka, Illinois
and Mick Olson and Sara also of Oquawka, Illinois. Her step children
survive, Michelle Greenstreet of Monmouth, IL; Joe Greenstreet and Linda
of Monmouth, IL; and Mark Greenstreet and Traci also of Monmouth,
Illinois. Her grandchildren are Paul Olson Jr., Tori Olson, Brandon
Olson, and Brad Olson.  Her step grandchildren,  Joe Ragar, Taylor
Huston and Jason, LaDanaWunderlich and Justin, Kenney McKee and Jesse. 
Five great grandchildren survive, Gabriel Huston, Lane Wunderlich,
Bryer, Khloe, and Ridge McKee. She is preceded in her death by her
parents, husband Chuck, and sister Sina Eddingfield.
A graveside committal of her ashes is planned on March 5, 2022 at the
Oquawka Cemetery at Noon. Her family would like to invite you to a
Celebration of Life to be at Sum-R-Daze Boat Club in Oquawka following
the graveside service that afternoon. A memorial fund is being
established for Henderson County Humane Society. To leave a remembrance
