Monmouth City Council Approves Housing Setback Variance for Townhomes Project

In the City of Monmouth, there is a 25-foot front yard setback from the streets. City Administrator Lew Steinbrecher informs the site plan for the townhomes development on East Jackson Street approached the zoning board of appeals for a two-foot variance after conducting a has built survey:

When completed, the townhomes development will consist of 44 units with 22 duplexes.
