The United Red Storm boys basketball team kicked off their postseason last Saturday in the first round of Regional play. The Red Storm ended their regular season schedule with a 76-60 victory over Stark County last Tuesday, followed by a convincing 60-22 victory over Rowva-Williamsfield on Friday. In the opening round of the regional tournament, United was able to defeat Galva 65-27 to raise their overall record to (25-6). The Red Storm took care of business, doing what they needed to do in order to be successful last week. Head coach Doug Dennison believes his team must rely on their defense to put together a deep postseason run.
