Colchester Man Arrested for Harassment and Stalking

On March 29, 2022, at approximately 12:26 a.m. the McDonough County Communications Center received a call from a female at 10233 East 650th in Colchester, IL stating that Trenton P. Bundy was threatening to drive his truck through her house. The female caller also stated that Bundy had been knocking on the door and windows to gain entry in the house. Bundy had fled before Deputies arrived. Bundy’s vehicle was located near the victim’s residence. Deputies were able to determine that Bundy had sent the victim numerous text messages of a threatening nature.

Trenton P. Bundy, 37, of Colchester, IL turned himself in to detectives on March 29th at 10:15 a.m. at the McDonough County Sheriff’s Office. Bundy was charged with Violation of Bond, Harassment by Telephone, and Stalking. Bundy is currently lodged in the McDonough County Jail in lieu of bond.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
