Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrests in Fulton County

On 03/29/2022 at 6:26pm, Fulton County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a 2003 Cadillac, near the intersection of Ash Street and Second Avenue in Canton, IL. The occupants of the vehicle were identified as Paul R. Montgomery, 30 of Canton, and Sabrina Jones-Miller, 25 of Havana. Deputies were assisted by the Canton Police Department and the Farmington K9 Unit. Over 100 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine and fentanyl was located after a search of the vehicle. Montgomery and Jones-Miller were both charged with Possession of Meth over 100 grams, Possession of Meth with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance over 100 grams, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Montgomery was also charged with Driving Without a Valid License. Both subjects are being held in the Fulton County Jail to await their first appearance in court.
