Philip R. Russell 66 of Roseville passed away at home June13, 2022. He was born January 12, 1956, the son of Vernon and Ruth (Taylor) Russell. He first married Judy Johnson and later married Rose Anno September 9, 1992.

He is survived by his wife Rose of Roseville, His children Marina (Darrin) Quick, Chris (Dan) Perkins, Jeremy (Chrissy) Russell, and Tiffany Russell (Shawn Greathouse). Phil has 13 Grandchildren and 2 great Grandchildren.  One sister Mary Ruth (Wally) Boller.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Two daughters Alissa and Brittany, and sister Marjorie Taylor

Phil worked at Twomey’s. He had a love for cattle and going to the shows with his children. He loved his grandchildren, who were his everyday life. Phil enjoyed his time spent at the campground.

Visitation will be held Friday Evening June 17, 2022, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Wise Family Funeral Home in Roseville. Memorials may be made to the Phil Russell Memorial Fund. Online condolences may be made at www.wisefamilyfuneralhome.com. Wise Family Funeral Home in Roseville is in charge of arrangements.
