Carl Sandburg College Hosting Free Boys Basketball Camp Aug. 1-3

GALESBURG — Carl Sandburg College will host a free boys basketball camp Aug. 1-3 in John M. Lewis Gymnasium on Sandburg’s Main Campus in Galesburg.

Led by Chargers men’s basketball coach Ryan Twaddle and members of the Sandburg coaching staff, players will learn fundamentals in dribbling, ball-handling, passing and shooting. The camp is open for boys entering grades 3-8. Campers in grades 3-5 will meet from 9-11 a.m., and grades 6-8 will meet from 1-3 p.m.
