In a First, Two Female Head Coach Meet In Boys High School Football

Illinois High School Association history will be made this week as two black female head coaches will coach against each other in a boys varsity football contest. Konesha Rhea of DuSable and Jouscelyn Mayfield of Fenger will be on opposing sidelines in this Chicago Public League match-up. Rhea has three girls on her roster.

The game is Thursday afternoon at 4:15 at Chicago’s Gately Stadium.
