In cooperation with the Illinois Home and Community Education Association, the University of Illinois Extension is hosting a series on online workshops centered around family, food, and finance, shares Family Life Educator Tessa Hobbs-Curley:

“No matter our age, we are always learning. The next webinar is September 22nd and is Cultivating Your Blue Zone. What that is really about is creating a plan for a lifestyle with community and nature. Then October 11th at 10 am is Mindfulness and Money. On November 10th it’s Finding Your Get Up and Go.”
