A juvenile is charged in a Burlington shooting over the weekend. Police say two people suffered life-threatening gunshot wounds early Saturday in the area of 9th and Locust Streets. Authorities yesterday located the juvenile, who has been charged with two counts of Willful Injury and one count of Intimidation with a Weapon. The incident remains under investigation.
