Jeremy E. Brough, age 46, of Monmouth, Illinois, passed away at 7:45 PM on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at his residence. He was born June 20, 1976 in Monmouth, Illinois, the son of Ronald Clyde and Jeannette Ines (Vargason) Brough. Jeremy attended school in Monmouth. He also studied at South Eastern Community College and Carl Sandburg College. 

Jeremy enjoyed his computer and playing Facebook games and he loved to tinker with motors and small engines. He was a competitive board game player, and Scrabble at the Brough household was not considered a casual game. Mostly, Jeremy loved his family and his friends.

Jeremy is survived by his sister Jennifer (Shawn) Admire of Monmouth, Illinois and three nephews; Dakota Admire of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Skylar Admire of Monmouth, Illinois, and Tristin (Maddie) Admire of Monmouth, Illinois. His is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

As were Jeremy’s wishes, cremation is being accorded. A Celebration of Life is being planned at a later date.
