W-H Farm Bureau Manager Gina Sanberg Encourages Farmers to Complete 2022 U.S. Census of Agriculture

Share

Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau Manager Gina Sanberg says the 2022 U.S. Census of Agriculture packets should have been received by mail to get a count of farms and ranches across the country:

“Farmers, you should have received that packet in the mail. I highly encourage you to please take that census. It is good to have quality data and you really want to have good representation. That data will be used and distributed and so it is important when making decisions that we can be properly represented when legislatures and those who make decisions on where some funds go are seeing these numbers. We want to be able to have proper representation.”

The Census of Agriculture can also be completed online by visiting https://portal.agcounts.usda.gov/portal/s/. Deadline to submit is February 6, 2023.
