United United Red Storm Boys Basketball Trying to Build on Winning Streak

Share

The United Red Storm boys basketball team picked up 2 key wins over the past week. Last Tuesday, United squared off with conference opponent Galva and won in commanding fashion by the final score 65-29. On Friday it was not so easy for the Red Storm, as they went to overtime with the West Central Heat, however United would prevail with the tough 51-48 win. The wins put United at 9-10 overall on the season, and 2-2 in Lincoln Trail play.
United continues their season tonight when they take on an Abingdon-Avon team that has won 4 of their last 5 games. Head Coach Doug Dennison discussed what the Tornadoes bring to the table, on the WRAM morning show.
