Randall W. Sheese, 60, of Monmouth, IL passed away at 2:38 pm, Saturday, February 4, 2023 at OSF Transitional Care Hospital, Peoria, IL.

Randy was born February 3, 1963 in Monmouth, IL the son of Russell and Donna (Talley)
Sheese.  He was raised and educated in Monmouth graduating from Monmouth High School in 1981.

Randy worked at Mr. Quick while in High School and later worked at Zimmer’s Apothecary and most recently Farmland/Smithfield in Monmouth.

He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Monmouth.  Randy was a very talented artist, avid book collector, loved anything to do with the Irish culture, history and music.  He was a beautiful singer, kind-hearted soul and had a smile that would light up a room.  Randy had a infectiously fun personality.

Survivors include his mother, Donna Sheese of Monmouth; his children, Morgan Sheese and Tristan Sheese; his brothers, Gary Sheese of Monmouth and Rick Sheese of Mason City, IA; his sister, Toni Sheese of Monmouth; numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Cremation has been accorded. Graveside committal services will be 11:00 am, Friday, February 17, 2023 at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Monmouth. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Randall Sheese Memorial Fund to help defray expenses and sent to the funeral home.
