Doctors Offer Tips To Adjust To Daylight Saving Time as Clocks Spring Forward This Weekend

Share

Sleep doctors have tips for springing forward to daylight saving time this weekend.  They suggest going to bed 15 minutes earlier and waking up a half hour earlier a few days before the clocks go ahead.
