Advanced Rehab & Sports Medicine at 1240 N. Henderson St. Galesburg, IL announces new program called Advanced Performance. There will be an adult and youth program available. The adult program is to teach people how to move to increase health and lower pain to improve ability to do what they do now for as long as they can. The youth program is to teach athletes to jump higher, run faster, improve strength, and move like an athlete all while preventing injuries. Advanced Performance will be managed by Brandon Tyrrell, ATC/L inside the Galesburg Advanced Rehab & Sports Medicine clinic.
Open enrollment starts today, April 12th, 2023. The program will start, May 1st at 1240 N. Henderson St. in Galesburg, IL. “I wanted to start the strength and conditioning program with Advanced because I believe we can all be better, and that the gym is a place that can start. I feel like Advanced Performance can be a place where people can go to start a journey towards healing, and exercising, not just their bodies, but their minds.”, said Brandon Tyrrell, Athletic Trainer. Advanced Performance looks forward in training adults as well as athletes in Galesburg and from surrounding communities to jump higher, run faster, improve strength, all while preventing injuries.
