Monmouth-Roseville Students Displaying Talents Outside of the Buildings

The Monmouth-Roseville High School FFA program has had many recent successes with one student advancing to state, shares Superintendent Ed Fletcher:

“Our FFA Livestock Judging Team placed third at the Black Hawk Dan Hogue Invitational. They placed fourth at the Geneseo Livestock Invitational. The Public Speaking team, we had a couple of kids place; Allison Murphy placed 7th in Creed Speaking, Haley Frakes was 2nd in Extemporaneous Speaking, and Molly McVey was 6th in Extemporaneous Speaking. Job interview, Addie Switzer was 5th and Kendyl Kane was 6th. In Proficiency Interviews, Kendyl Kane placed 1st to advance to state. There is a lot of things going on in all the buildings.”

Additionally, students at Central have their art on display at the Buchanan Center for the Arts; Emily Thang, Lea Artiaga, Dante Gonzales, Lillian Lenover, and Ava Carlson.
