With the first semester officially coming to a close, the Monmouth-Roseville High School choir is celebrating a strong first half of the school year. Principal Eric Matthews says several students earned All-State recognition for their performances this season.

“This year, we have three students that got All-State Choir, Tyler Carlson, Aubrey Hall, and Spencer Shum. Then we had two students earn All-State Honors, which is even higher, Aldo Gutierrez Velasquez and for the fourth year in a row, Drew Carlson. That’s an amazing accomplishment, being All-State all four years of his high school career. It’s pretty unbelievable.”
