On Thursday, May 11th, the Regional Office of Education #33, along with the nine school districts served in Henderson, Knox, Warren, and Mercer Counties and Special Education co-op, will have their Excellence in Education banquet, shares Assistant Superintendent Lori Loving:

“We have about 150 people attending and we will be honoring over 60 educators from our region. When I say educators, it is the whole gamete of what makes up a school. It can be anyone from a bus driver, custodian, support staff, lunch support, teachers, and administrators. That is always a wonderful, heart-felt night that we get to do that.”

The annual Excellence in Education banquet will be held at The Vault in Galesburg.
