On Saturday, July 29th, Karla Wallace will host her 10th Annual Back to School Backpack and School Supply Giveaway. Wallace shares the exciting games and prizes those attending can enjoy:
“I will be giving away 15 bicycles this year. We will have a train ride for the kids, so bring your kids out and let them enjoy and get a little breeze. Once again we will have Keith Patterson, K Doc Patterson and Fire Doc Lady. Each kid will receive a bookbag full of donated school supplies. There will be all kinds of games and if they don’t leave there with a bike, they will leave there with some type of a prize. We will be playing the limbo game and Keep the Chicken Quiet game. We provide the kids with lunch and all the water they would like.”
Registration for the 10th Annual Back to School event will begin at 8 am at South Park, 200 West 10th Avenue in Monmouth, with the fun starting at 9 am.
