1st Reading of Monmouth’s Urban Hen Ordinance Passes on 4-3 Vote

At the recent Monmouth City Council meeting, the first reading on the Urban Hen Ordinance was heard. City Administrator Lew Steinbrecher breaks down the key points of the ordinance:

The Urban Hen Ordinance passed by a 4-3 vote for the first reading. A second reading will be heard at the August 21st Council meeting.
