Personalized Day to Day Service of Community Banks Helps Local Communities Thrive

Share

Unlike larger banking industries that may lend in other states, community banks are able to channel loans locally that help businesses and communities thrive. Bank of Stronghurst President and CEO Stacie Newberry shares the benefits of being able to bank in your own neighborhood:

“When you can call up someone that you are familiar with and you know and that they care about your business, that is what you want. We try and compete and have the technology that the larger banks have as best we can, but it is the day to day service that we offer. It is the seeing your banker out on the weekend and asking your banker a question and your banker is willing to visit with you and talk, that is what you want.”

The Bank of Stronghurst was established in 1946.
