United Red Storm Athletics Underway, Readying for Meet the Red Storm Night

The sports season at United High School has officially gotten underway with the start of fall athletics. The Red Storm boys and girls golf teams have already started competing in meets, with their first match back on August 10th at Oakview Country Club in Aledo. Boys and girls cross country, along with JV and varsity volleyball will begin on August 21st, with the Red Storm football team kicking off their season on the road at Mercer County on August 25th. Tomorrow night United will be celebrating the return of all fall high school sports with their annual Meet the Red Storm night. Athletic Director Jeremy Sharp has the details about tomorrow’s kick-off event, and gives a big shout out to the United Sports Boosters Club for making this event possible.
