Eastern Illinois University has suspended its men’s swimming and diving program due to reports of hazing. School officials announced the suspension Thursday, saying the program would be shut down for the remainder of the fall semester. The university and its athletic department immediately began a formal investigation into the allegations, which will be led by the Office of the Dean of Students.
