Nathan “Nate” A. Shea, 39, of Monmouth, IL passed away at 9:56 am, Saturday, September 16, 2023 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, Rockford, IL.

Nathan was born October 7, 1983 in Phoenix, AZ, the son of Ariana Shea.  He was raised and educated in Centennial, AZ. 

Nathan worked for a while at Smithfield in Monmouth.

He attended Highpoint Church in Monmouth. He enjoyed working on cars and was a jack of all trade.

Survivors include mother, Ariana Shea of Monmouth, and his son Ezekiel James of Galesburg, IL.

Cremation has been accorded.  No services are planned at this time. Memorials may be given to the Nathan A. Shea Memorial Fund, to offset the funeral expenses, and sent to the funeral home.
