Warren County Prime Beef Festival Livestock Auction Tonight

Share

The Warren County Prime Beef Festival is taking place the rest of this week with the annual parade Wednesday evening and daily events at the Monmouth Park. Yesterday, local youth showcased their swine and cattle at the Warren County Fairgrounds in Roseville and tonight is the livestock auction at the Monmouth American Legion, shares Lynn Shimmin:

“Doors will open at 5 pm, there is a free meal, and then at 6 pm begins the auction. All the cattle from the show will be auctioned, and then the top four in each division will be auctioned,” said Shimmin. “There are two options in the auction- you can either buy the animal and we have reserved processing spots, or you can pay the premium.”
