The trial for a man charged in the death of a Knox County Deputy last year is being delayed.  Jury selection was set to begin yesterday in Henry County Circuit Court for Daylon Richardson, who is facing multiple charges, including murder.  He pleaded guilty to the lesser charges, but will be tried on the two counts of first-degree murder on January 8th.  Authorities say Richardson was being chased by law enforcement when he hit and killed Deputy Sheriff Nick Weist, who was setting up spike strips at Highway 150 and 150th Avenue in Henry County.
