Three years ago, Dame Fine Coffee Owner Dillan Vancil joined the coffee and lotus energy drink craze with a custom mobile trailer. With locations currently in Monmouth, Galesburg, and Burlington, Vancil shares the new trend and expansions they have planned for 2024:
“We are getting into the freeze dried candy. We started playing around with freeze drying some Skittles and Starburst and different candies. We have been handing out samples and everybody seems to love. So, we are going to jump on that trend for a little bit. We are going to continue to bring in some new flavors and different varieties of drinks. In 2024, we are going to expand on our sugar free flavors quite a bit more.”
Vancil will also be opening a fourth Dame Fine Coffee location in Canton in early 2024.
