Security Savings Bank Holds Annual Meeting

Security Savings Bank recently held its Annual Meeting at which the following directors were
elected to new 3-year terms: Kathy Bentz, Kevin Killey, and Brad Ray. They will serve with
existing directors Van Adkisson, Dan Bowman, Gary Heaton, Stan Jenks, Al McGuire, and Amy
Thompson. Dan Bowman will continue his role as Chair, with Amy Thompson serving as Vice
Chair.

Officers elected were: President/CEO Brad Ray, CSO Dorothy Ricketts, COO/Compliance
Officer Dawn Johnson, CLO Terri Ewing, CFO Bobbi Brooks, Vice Presidents Jeff Clark and Tim
Haley, Assistant Vice Presidents Chuck Bennett, Maria Godina, Kris Pierce, and Heather Swisher,
Consumer Loan Officer Cody Whiteside, Ag/Commercial Loan Officer Brandon Lee, and
Residential Mortgage Loan Officer Martha Ramirez.

The following directors and employees were recognized for years of service: Dorothy Ricketts –
40 years, Dawn Johnson – 30 years, Kris Pierce – 25 years, Miranda Petty – 15 years, Kathy Bentz,
Tim Haley and Heather Hernandez – 5 years.

Security Savings Bank ended its 2023 Fiscal Year with total assets of $247 million, and total
deposits of $213 million, while continuing to increase regulatory capital position to 10.85% of
total assets, well above the 9.00% requirement.

With 38 team members and offices in Monmouth and Stronghurst, Security Savings Bank
