As snow continues to be piled on residents of the Midwest, much focus has been placed on how to remove the ever-mounting snow from the main roadways and highways. Public Works Director for the City of Monmouth Andy Jackson, says that the city’s salt supply is in good shape to deal with the current storm, also discussing the price of salt coming down in the recent year.

Jackson also reminds everyone to be patient with snow plow workers who may move snow into personal driveways, as they may have no other place to put it.
