Annual Scots Day of Giving Connects Monmouth College with People Across the United States

Share

To celebrate the founding of Monmouth College, the eighth annual Scots Day of Giving will be held April 18th, shares Vice President of Development and College Relations Hannah Maher:

“Eighteen hours and fifty-three minutes of live coverage, fundraising efforts, but certainly just engagement. We really reach out to our student base more and make certain they understand kind of how their education is supported through gifts form others too. It is not just tuition that helps them. It allows us to connect with people all across the country, it is one big rally day for Monmouth College.”

Annually, the goal on Scots Day of Giving is to paint the map of the United States in tartan red and black as donations are received from each state. For 2024, a donor has committed $50,000 to Monmouth College if each state is filled in.
