Missouri Valley Women’s College Basketball Tournament Opens In Quad Cities

The Quad Cities is home to a little madness in March this weekend. The Missouri Valley Women’s College Basketball Tournament today at the Vibrant Arena at the MARK. This is the ninth year that the MVC has played its tournament in the Quad Cities.  In addition to Northern Iowa, Illinois State, Bradley, and SIU, there are eight other teams from the Midwest playing this weekend. The folks at Visit Quad Cities say the tournament is worth at least two million-dollars to the Quad Cities.
