Statewide Tornado Drill Scheduled

This week is Severe Weather Preparedness Week in Illinois.  And tomorrow a statewide tornado drill is scheduled for 11 a.m.  It comes almost a week after a rare outbreak of February tornadoes that knocked out power to homes and businesses and left a trail of damage.  The National Weather Service confirmed that 11 tornadoes touched down in the state.
