Recruitment and Retention Concerns Seen Nationwide

Share

Hiring qualified individuals continues to raise concerns with law enforcement agencies and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office is seeing no different, informs Sheriff Martin Edwards:

“All the departments continue to struggle to recruit. I’ve lost two this last month that went to other agencies that pay better. We struggle a little bit to try and fill those ranks as you go. We always look for qualified people. We had a Correctional Officer leave recently, but I have just replaced that position and we are looking to hire a couple of deputies at this point. If you have an interest in that and believe you are qualified, get on the website and find the POWER test.”
