Hiring qualified individuals continues to raise concerns with law enforcement agencies and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office is seeing no different, informs Sheriff Martin Edwards:
“All the departments continue to struggle to recruit. I’ve lost two this last month that went to other agencies that pay better. We struggle a little bit to try and fill those ranks as you go. We always look for qualified people. We had a Correctional Officer leave recently, but I have just replaced that position and we are looking to hire a couple of deputies at this point.
