With the 2023-24 school year coming to a close, the Monmouth-Roseville FFA Chapter is looking ahead to the next school year following the election of its next officer team. Newly elected chapter president Haley Frakes shares a goal the team has already set increasing involvement with younger members and strengthening recruitment.

“Normally we go to the Junior High in Roseville to speak to the eighth graders and try to get them to join Kilburn’s Intro to Ag class. We have been brainstorming on how we can get more [people] to join the Intro to Ag class. We are thinking about going to ICS to talk to those eighth graders to maybe get them interested as well.”

The 2024-25 Monmouth-Roseville officer team includes Haley Frake, president; Molly McVey, vice president; Leslie Albert, secretary; Carter Thornton, reporter; Camden Johnson, treasurer; and Sadie Crabill, sentinel.
