The 3rd Annual Stoneware Fest and Swap Meet at the Stoneware Museum of Monmouth will take place this Saturday, June 22nd beginning at 8 am. LaDonna Green shares how the event got started:
“The history of Monmouth needed to be celebrated. Monmouth Pottery, Western Stoneware, and what better place than at the museum. We have increased vendors every year. This year we have 48 vendors and it is going to be fantastic. All makes and models of stoneware, not just Western, not just Monmouth, everything.”
Free museum tours, pottery making demonstrations, lunch for purchase, and free appraisals will also be on hand this Saturday at the Stoneware Museum during the event.
