Formal Announcement: Italian Village is Up for Sale

Share

Dear Community, Friends, and Family,

We are excited to announce that the Italian Village is officially up for sale and seeking new ownership. Our journey over the past few years has been incredibly rewarding, and we owe our success to the unwavering support from our customers, dedicated staff, and the entire community.

The Italian Village holds a special place in Warren County as an iconic restaurant and a cherished meeting place for moments of joy and sorrow. It has provided first jobs for many local teenagers and remains a beloved spot for those returning home.

The restaurant’s upstairs space offers significant potential, whether utilized as a banquet meeting area or converted into apartments or other income-generating uses.

If you are interested in taking over this wonderful business, please contact Albert Teel or Matt Greenlief, or send us a direct message on our Facebook page.

We want to emphasize that we are not closing and are not in danger of closing. Other opportunities have arisen that we need to pursue, and we believe new ownership will be beneficial for us, our families, and the future of the Italian Village.

Thank you all for your continued support!

Sincerely,

Italian Village Management Team
