The Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau® Foundation is proud to announce this year’s scholarship recipients. Due to the generosity of the Twomey Family Foundation, memorials in honor of loved ones, support from our members and area businesses, and fundraising efforts, the Foundation can assist nineteen applicants this year in furthering their education in agriculture. Each of this year’s recipients will receive a total of $1,300 for the 2024-25 academic year.

The Foundation started awarding scholarships in 1994 and since that time has awarded 412 scholarships and almost $350,000 to students continuing their education in an agricultural field of study.

Meet one of this year’s recipients: Logan Corzatt

Logan Corzatt graduated from Monmouth-Roseville High School in the spring and plans to attend Black Hawk East College in Galva to major in Ag Business. In high school, Logan was involved in FFA where he held several officer positions including president, golf, and was a member of the National Honor Society. Logan is a member of 4-H as well as the 4-H Youth Livestock Ambassador team. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and working on his 4-H projects which includes showing sheep. Logan’s future plans include coming back to the family farm and continuing to raise their flock of nationally competitive breeding sheep and improve his market lamb flock. He also hopes to continue the row crop operation. Logan is the son of Brad and Robin Corzatt of Berwick.
