United School District Discusses Cell Phone Use Inside the School Day

United School District Superintendent Tom Hawkins gave an update on the recently completed school board meeting on the WRAM Morning Show. One of the main topics of conversation during the monthly meeting, and one that is being discussed at other school board meetings around the area, is the subject of cell phone use for students during the school day. Superintendent Hawkins has prior experience with this issue from his previous time spent as principal at Galesburg High School.
