James P. Heidenreich, 66, of Monmouth, IL passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at the Roseville Nursing and Rehab Center, Roseville, IL.

Jim was born January 24, 1958 in Monmouth, IL, the son of Fred James and Margaret Lucy (St. Ledger) Heidenreich.  He was raised and educated Warren County, graduating from Warren High School.

Jim was a farmer his entire working on the family farm just south of Monmouth.  He would also help Tom & Jim Missavage.

He loved to go 4-wheeling, sprint car races, hunting, trapping and his PBR. He was a social member of the Monmouth VFW.

Survivors include his longtime partner and companion Susan Johnson of Monmouth; his children, Jill Brown, Jessa Johnson and Bryan Johnson; and “Papa” to Tevyn Hutcherson, Taryn Hutcherson and Tauren Hutcherson; great grandchildren, Jaxsyn & MaKinley; numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

Following Jim’s wishes there will be no visitation or services. A private family graveside committal will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Monmouth, IL.  McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
