One person is dead following a crash in rural Galva. The Henry County Sheriffs Office says the two-vehicle accident happened Friday at the intersection of County Highway 5 and North 500th Avenue. The occupants of both vehicles were sent to the hospital, where one of them died. The crash remains under investigation.
