Medicare open enrollment will be here before you know it and each year the staff at Strom Center assist seniors in securing the right plan for them. Yellow medication forms can be picked up at Strom Center in Monmouth, explains Executive Director Carol McCrery:
“For anybody that has been through it or for the newbies, you fill out a medication form, get back to Strom either by mail or drop it off, and Lisa, who is my assistant, always numbers those as they come in and she calls them in the order that they have come in to set up an appointment times. On those medication forms, there is a list of the staff members, you can circle the ones that you would like to have, but we can’t promise that because of scheduling. We try to get everybody in. The end of the sign-up enrollment is December 7th. We always like to finish about five days before that so that those last five days we can call and confirm that everybody is in the programs they wanted to be in.”
Yellow medication forms at Strom Center will be available toward the end of August and beginning of September.
