Monmouth City Council Swears-In New Firefighter

A new firefighter has been sworn in by Monmouth City Council, shares Communications Director Ken Helms:

“We started off by swearing in a new firefighter to the department. His name is Connor Talbott, and he just joined us and will be going to the fire college to get some training. Then he will come back and do some in department training before he becomes a full-fledged firefighter.”

Additionally, City Council approved a request by Monmouth College to block off East Broadway from 7th Street to 9th Street on October 4th from noon to 4 pm for the Inauguration of President Dr. Patricia Draves.
