Supporting Families Together: Jamieson Community Center’s 2024 Impact

With three and a half months remaining in 2024, Jamieson Community Center Executive Director Nancy Mowen shares year to date statistics:

“Since the beginning of the year, we have provided food assistance just through our pantry at Jamieson, because we also have the pantry at Recharge, we have provided food assistance 3,802 times to 757 families, impacting 2,566 people in our community. Out of those 757 families that have visited in 2024, more than half of them had not visited us October through December of last year.”

On the senior nutrition side at Jamieson Community Center, just in the month of August in 2024, over 4,300 meals were served locally.
