The United girls golf team traveled to Gold Hills for a match with Macomb, Rockridge and Havana. United came home with the win shooting 176 to Rockridge’s 191. Macomb shot 211 and Havana shot 264. United was led today by Leighton Trego who shot 40 and was the match medalist. She was followed by Paige Christianson with 41, Meredith Yung with 46, Brodi McVeigh and Emmie Briggs both shot 49. Jalyn Wallace shot 51. Elly Hinton shot 61 and Moriah Green shot 64. The girls finished the regular season winning 15 matches and only loosing once. Next up is the Class 1A regional at Valley View Golf Course in Cambridge on Oct. 1st.
