Bradley “Brad” Elliott, 62, of Monmouth, IL passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at his home.

Brad was born January 7, 1962 in Monmouth, IL the son of Cecil D. and Juanita (Skees) Elliott.  He was raised and educated in Monmouth and London Mills, IL, attending Valley High School in Fairview, IL.

Brad married Mary Gulick and later he married Tina Greenstreet on October 30, 2011 in Monmouth and she survives.

He worked as a forklift driver at Western Stoneware in Monmouth before working as the cemetery sexton at Warren County Memorial Park in Monmouth for 28 years, retiring in 2024. 

Brad enjoyed the outdoors, golfing, watching the Ilini, riding his Harley, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Tina Elliott of Monmouth; son, Josh Eckley; stepchildren, Dustin (Kate) Greenstreet, Heather (Joshua) Bismark, and Tammy Bigsby; 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; his mother, Juanita Schleich; brother, Cliff (Debbie) Elliott; sister, Tammy (Teresa) Hayburn all of Monmouth; half-brother, Terry Smith of Galesburg, IL; numerous nieces and nephews.  

He was preceded in death by his father and son, Nathan B. “Nate” Elliott; his brothers, James Elliott and David Elliott; and a sister, Cynthia Elliott.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 pm, Monday, Octobert 7, 2024 at the Funeral Home.  Cremation will take place following the services will interment in Monmouth Cemetery at a later date.
