Phase 2 of West Harlem Avenue Water Main Project Set to Begin in October

Phase 2 of the water main portion of the West Harlem Avenue project in the City of Monmouth is expected to begin later in October, reports Mayor Rod Davies:

“Phase 2 of the water main on West Harlem, which is from G Street to the bypass, that project was awarded to Advanced Plumbing, and they will be starting that later this month. That is a half million-dollar project and was funded from a grant from Senator Durbin.”

As for the road reconstruction portion of West Harlem Avenue from Main Street to G Street, Mayor Davies informs that project will go to bid in January and an early spring 2025 start date.
