Here are the planned construction areas for this week. (Nov 11th – Nov 15th)

  • The Northbound & Southbound lanes of North Main will be closed this week.
  • N. Main will continue to have form work and concrete pours.
  • Clean up on the NE quadrant in preparation for moving to the NW quadrant.
  • The NW quadrant move is planned for this week. The NW center medians will be removed first.
  • When the NW quadrant closes the NE quadrant will be opened for parking. The crosswalk will be available for use.
  • Demolition and reconstruction will start at Stanton Insurance and move West towards the courthouse.
  • Temporary foot traffic access will be provided in the NW quadrant.
  • Business foot traffic is open, please stay within the marked access areas along the front of the businesses.
  • NW Quadrant Businesses– If there is caution tape and barricades, please do not step on the concrete as it is curing. If the barricades and tape are removed, you are more than welcome to use the sidewalk.  If you need other arrangements, please let me know and I can see what Porter Brothers can come up with.
  • Thank you for your patience and understanding as work continues.
